“Great experience so far with PT Tanya Alappat - I have lower back pain due to bulging discs. Tanya is helping me better understand and address the impacts of my c-section scars on my overall mobility and how my body has been compensating over the years, which increased risk of back injury. Tanya takes the time to listen, take observations, understand my goals and work towards attaining them. “I have seen Dr. Erin for chiro services over the last year and she is amazing! She was always gentle and so effective in getting my back to feel better after a rough pregnancy and delivery. I recently just saw Paul, the massage therapist and would highly recommend him. The massage was by far one of the best I have ever had. “I’ve been seeing Dr Maheen Andleeb for my Chiropractor needs due to back and neck issues. I have to admit I had my doubts as I’m new to seeing a chiropractor but after only 4 visits, my back and neck issues are pretty much resolved. I’m continuing to see her for adjustments and most importantly correct the mild hump in my upper back area.
