Jonathan is knowledgable and easy to speak with. He takes the time to ask the questions needed to get to the root cause of the problem. He then assesses with practical tests to determine what treatement is required. Great facility, free underground parking, and they direct bill if they can. Highly enjoyed my experience here.

We feel incredibly lucky to have found Cass. She’s treated our entire family. In every case, she’s been extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and focused on getting to the root of the problem. Most importantly, Cass played a critical role in our son’s care. She assessed his leg pain and strongly recommended an MRI, which revealed a severe bulging disc (something that was missed by his previous physiotherapist). This discovery helped us to move quickly on surgery, understanding the risks of waiting. Because of her insight and guidance, our son got the care he needed when it mattered most. Cass is not only an excellent physiotherapist—she truly cares about her patients’ long-term health. We trust her completely and highly recommend her.

Cass is awesome and I have visited her at different locations for years. Dry needling for the win. She is super knowledgeable, gentle and the best advocate. She also has a cute dog. #patientforlife

Foundry physio is a clinic where you'll get the absolute best care. Cassie Downe has taken care of me so many times, dating as far back as 2018. Her and her team are fully committed to helping you navigate any challenge!! I love that I can go for physio, massage therapy, and performance care all in one place.

As a roller derby player, I’ve had more than a few bumps, bruises, and injuries over the years. Jonathan has always been my go-to to help keep me in the game. He’s knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and great at explaining what’s actually going on; not just treating the pain, but also helping me understand how to prevent it next time. If you’re active, competitive, or just want a physio who genuinely cares and knows their stuff, Jonathan’s your guy!!

I’ve followed John for over 10 years and have so much respect for his work ethic and depth of knowledge. He takes the time to explain his process if you’re interested, and he never tries to push unnecessary follow-up sessions. I don’t often have an acute injury, but I usually go proactively if my body feels off balance or something and I love working with him for that goal! —And the facility is beautiful, tons of natural light, spacious, the parking is free for 2 hours in the parade or on the street. Highly recommend !

I came to Foundry Physiotherapy with ongoing shoulder pain that had been limiting my movement and daily activities. From the very first appointment, I was impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of the team. Jonathan took the time to assess the issue thoroughly, explain the root cause, and walk me through a clear treatment plan. The sessions were not only effective but also gave me confidence that I was on the right track. I really appreciated the practical exercises Jonathan provided for me to do at home, which made a noticeable difference between visits. After a few weeks, my shoulder mobility and strength have improved significantly, and I feel much more comfortable and confident in my recovery. I highly recommend Foundry Physiotherapy and Jonathan to anyone dealing with pain or injury—they provide excellent care and genuinely want to see their patients get better.

Jonathan is one of the most respected physios in the city. He has cared for me and my extended friend group for many years and truly cares about his profession and treatment individuals. His new location is very easy to access and has free parking! Highly recommend!

With 2 athletes in our family “ Have you called Cass” is probably one of the most spoken phrases in my house the last 6 years! We met by fluke when my daughter was injured with a concussion at a Volleyball tournament and we have never looked back. She has treated all 5 of us for everything imaginable, seeing us through rehabs for concussions, major surgeries and every break, sprain and strain in between. She still sees the kids via video appointment when they are playing for their varsity teams on the other side of the country. Cass is an invaluable part of keeping our family healthy and on the move, no matter where we are. The new space is fantastic, bright and full of light, easy to find in Marda Loop with 2 hour free underground parking. Don’t hesitate to book with Cass or any of the Foundry Team

Cassandra is a gem of a human and an amazing physiotherapist. She was the only one to review my entire case history, listen to my concerns and make recommendations for referrals to get an eventual diagnosis of a rare neurological condition affecting my shoulder and arm. I can’t recommend her enough! Her new clinic space is gorgeous and the free 2 hour parking will be a real convenience for clients. Do not hesitate to book with Cassandra or her team.
