“Footprints and Cheryl (osteopathy/physio) came highly recommended for infant tongue-tie/restriction and bloating concerns. After just one session, we noticed significant improvements in our baby’s tongue and oral coordination, as well as a clear reduction in bloating issues and discomfort. “We have been taking our twins to see Cheryl since they were 5 & 8 weeks old. She has worked on their digestion (spit ups), pace of drinking, reflux, grunting and rolling (and much more). Some of these we didn’t even know were a concern or could be fixed by osteo! She makes sure we know what she is doing during the session and explains the exercises for us to be able to continue doing them at home. Both twins have shown great improvement since the beginning, their spit ups have decreased greatly and they are both rolling on their own. We continue to see her periodically to help support their development.”

“Cheryl has done wonders for our 3 week old. He was “over diagnosed” with a tongue tie, but after one session with Cheryl, our boy started to spontaneously stick his tongue out beyond the lip line and his latching dramatically improved. “I’ve been bringing my kids here for osteopathy for about 3 years. Tema helped resolve my daughter’s flat head without needing a helmet, and Cheryl has been amazing with my son since he was a newborn, releasing tension and congestion and helping him sleep better. I also go to Cheryl for pre- and post-partum osteo/physio. She’s so kind and is an expert in her field of work. Thanks to her being a part of my birth team, I managed to deliver my second baby confidently and avoid tearing. After birth, she also worked on healing my diastasis recti. I would highly recommend her to anyone at any age ! Carey at front desk is also a joy to interact with!”

“Recently had surgery and experiencing back pain and chest congestion that were preventing me from sleeping for the previous 5 nights. Booked an appointment with Cheryl. She asked me for discharge papers, test results, anything that could help her to help me. I had forgotten to mention the chest congestion. She told me that she could feel that my chest was congested and wanted to clear that out for me so she cleared my chest and relieved the back pain so I was finally able to sleep! God bless her hands!”

“I brought my 10 week old daughter to see Cheryl for osteo to address tension, latching, and discomfort concerns. I was pretty much at a loss for what to do and I am so glad I booked an appointment. Cheryl went above and beyond during the session filled with verbal instruction and hands on exercises she helped guide me through, manual therapy she performed, and we already started seeing results in the session. The best part is that even just within 24 hours I was noticing a behaviour change with my daughter. The front staff was very kind and the clinic is clean. Therapy rooms are bright and welcoming.
