“I have been going to Fluid since last year for massages. The RMT practioners are amazing!!! I have never had a bad experience. Took my sister in law today and she was impressed. I have now reffered a few more ladies to head over.”

“I went in with a friend for a Full Body RMT massage(amazing btw), and a 50 minute facial on April 30th! Upon booking the appointments we asked for both appointments to be together in the same room. My friend arrived 20 minutes early (before me)and was mistaken to be me, she needed to fill out forms but they thought she was Deepika, when she gave her name upon checking in. She was asked to change etc. then I arrived and stated my name, I was told to fill out forms. I informed them that I had done so online the day I booked the appointment. She asked if I was Anjani, I said no Anjani is already here and checked in. 1) Anjani was now asked she needed to fill out forms. She was mistaken as Deepika even when she told them her name. Not a big deal we’re both Indians and figured to them both our names sounded the same! 2) The disappointing experience: Our facial scheduled for 3:30pm didn’t start until 3:45. When the aesthetician came to grab me at 3:35, I informed them we requested our appointments together. They said they needed time to set up and returned to get us at 3:45. Lack of instructions upon booking by their staff cut into our facial time. After the facial I checked the time on my phone and it was 4:15. 50 minutes facial lasted 30 minutes. I informed upon checking out the situation and was given 20% off and told management would be informed. 3)management followed up saying they reviewed the timestamp and it showed the facial lasted 48 minutes. How exactly was it 48 minutes when we only got into the room at 3:45. Overpriced Spa, disappointing experience with our facials! Disappointing follow up from management. Will not return again!”

I have been seeing her for years and am so grateful to have such an educated and skilled stylist. She is truly the sweetest person and I always leave feeling so confident and refreshed. 💛 I always have a great experience with the front end here. You can truly tell this team cares about creating an experience, they are super friendly and we always have a good laugh. I couldn’t recommend Fluid more! 💫”

“I absolutely love the facials provided by Ms. Christine P.; every session is incredibly relaxing, and she leaves my skin glowing. Similarly, Ms. Cheryl N. is amazing. After a brief two-minute chat, she perfectly understood my preferences and delivered exactly the haircut I wanted. However, my experience was dampened by the VIP program. The fine print is confusing, and the policy against stacking discounts for multiple services in one visit feels counterintuitive. I noticed a response to another customer where management mentioned honoring a discount after a "brief explanation," but I was not offered that same flexibility. Furthermore, the instructions on how to use my discounts in the future were unclear. It is disappointing to have such a relaxing day with talented technicians only to have the experience soured by the checkout process. I have also found the reception's consistency lacking—sometimes discounts are applied automatically, while other times I am told I must explicitly ask for them. I truly hope Fluid Spa can improve the clarity and consistency of their VIP program to match the high quality of their service providers.”

“Took my Mom here today and Danielle did her relaxation massage - she loved it! Danielle came out to update me that my Mom would be ready soon and was concerned about her leg pain. I’ve also been here many times for facials and massages - love this spot. Definitely one of the best spas in the lower mainland, love the waiting area you can lounge in and there’s a sauna too! Always have a great experience.”

“I went to Fluid Spa to get the HER spa package. I had never been to fluid before but from the initial call to book to paying at the end of my services it was an awesome experience. Christine P was my technician and she was ABSOLUTELY UNREAL. 15/10 highly recommend. She made me feel comfortable, and all of her treatments were just amazingly relaxing. She put in so much effort to make it special. I will be back to see her as soon as I can. Highly recommend the HER package. Great value for the cost.”

“I cant express enough how talented Jaden is! She is amazing. I have had trouble fully explaining my expectations from the color that i had in mind in my previous experiences in other places but she is exception, she fully gets what i want every time! We did copper, brunette now Im enjoying my fresh blonde. Every and each color looked amazing. I love her work!! And on top of that, fluid salon experience is the best Ive ever had. Great overall.
