Eugene is a terrific physiotherapist! Over the last 6 months, he's helped me drastically improve my shoulder issues, reducing pain, increasing mobility, and building my confidence in training the area again. Through a combination of dry-needling and targeted workouts, I've noticed a huge difference and it has been a game-changer in everyday life. He will educate you and empower you to live without the pain. When you want to HEAL, this is the dude for you!

Eugene is very knowledgeable and attentive. He helped me learn how to activate my core while utilizing my diaphragm to breathe properly during training. I am now able to perform heavier lifts😊

Eugene is a great professional. He has been treating my fractured ankle. I've seen other professionals however I noticed significant improvement after one session with Eugene. Totally recommend his methodology of work and his punctuality. Thank you 🙏

I've been working with Eugene for a few months now. I have rotator cuff and hip flexor issues from sport. After a few sessions of dry needling and physical therapy, the injuries have drastically improved and even gained some strength in those areas. A few more months of therapy and I'm sure I'll be back to full fitness. Not only is he good with the therapy stuff, he is also very approachable and very pleasant to work with. I would wholeheartedly recommend him.

I initially chose Eugene because he had good reviews and worked near my house. Now, I'm very happy about this choice! He is very patient at explaining everything and solved my skepticism about dry needling (it actually works). I've seen some real progress since starting with him a few months ago. Bonus: he's a fun guy too. Merci Eugene!

I suffered a torn meniscus last year and was unable to walk properly or train/run for weeks. He provided an at home visit on request to progress my healing immediately and prevent any scar tissue or need for more invasive treatment. As I am sitting majority of my work week and my loss of muscle was significant pre injury so my recovery was slow along with significant fear of re-injury. Eugene was patience, professional and very informative. I took more sessions than necessary to learn to correct poor habits and posture. I later injured my ankle (an old fractured injury) months later while kitesurfing in big waves and had a splint for 2 weeks. With the help from our earlier exercises from our sessions I was able to fully recover independently while travelling due to his help and expertise. A year later I am now training and lifting weight heavier than I ever have with no pain and full mobility and range of my knee/joints. I still use exercises and knowledge he provided from our sessions to prevent injury, with no joint/muscle pain and improve my overall muscle gains. My training is consistent, safe and progressing faster. I really did recover stronger! I couldn’t recommend a better physiotherapist for any new or old injuries, bad habits or help in further training whether it be surfing, running, lifting or otherwise! Big thanks to Eugene for helping me live / train pain free!!!

I’ve been to a couple physios over the years but none of them have had the convenience of being on site where I train! Eugene has been instrumental in my recovery. He explains everything very clearly and has systematically reduced my anxiety about the injuries I’ve received from Judo. He is very responsive and has two locations making it easy to setup appointments for when something goes wrong. I highly recommend FlowSports

I have been suffering from a lot of pain in my right leg due to a basketball injury. After doing a lot of X-rays and MRI, I wasn't able to figure out why I still have pain. Eugene was quick to figure out my issue with my right foot and I was able to see improvement as quick as 2 weeks. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend his services.

Extremely knowledgeable and clearly describes every step in recovery. Eugene has expedited my recovery from numerous injuries to keep me healthy and at peak performance as an elite athlete. His expertise in dry needling has alleviated lots of pain from my knee injuries. He also has worked heavily with me for my shoulders - going from not even being able to carry things in my hands to shortly doing pull-ups thereafter. There is a reason I call him the magic man.

I had been to a few different physio's over weeks of time with none producing anything benificial. However Eugene was able to help alleviate my knee pain with his dry needles. Shortly afterwards I fractured my wrist. Needless to say I came back to see him for that too, he's been a solid help in maintaining my active life working as a painter as well as my hobbies be it skateboarding or snowboarding etc.
