Someone recommended MLD to me for swelling, pain, and sluggishness and I'm really glad I went with Flow. I've had a couple of treatments withe Kelly now and I am amazed at how different I felt after my last treatment - less pain and tenderness and noticeably more movement and feeling in my ankles and feet. The massage is super relaxing and I really appreciate how supportive and thoughtful the care is. Thank you 😊

Knowledgeable and kind. Excellent care and professional massage and garment fitting. Comfortable surroundings in therapy rooms for larger bodies. Suggest Wait room chairs be replaced to accommodate larger bodies. They are currently not inclusive.

I've seen 4 of their RMTs for post surgical massage and they were all wonderful.

I just had a conversation with a massage therapist, Amanda who seemed educated enough to direct me which I appreciated. When I asked for an email, she refused to send one after I asked it would help since I’ve spoken to so many people and if she could just put out conversation in a quick note. I also have memory issues. She did say she had a client, which is okay but she could have sent me something authentic versus sending me to a website AFTER her client. Furthermore, I asked her who has the most experience with MLD massages, and she dodged the question and AGAIN directed me to the website to read bios. I just wanted to know who had the most experience with MLD. The facility seems very professional based on all the bios, just a shame to be left feeling that way based on factual occurrences. Disappointing. Call at 4:10pm.

I had my second post-surgical treatment with Amanda today while I'm in Vancouver for radiation. She is a lovely and knowledgeable therapist who has really taken all the variables of my situation into consideration. I will absolutely arrange all my trips back through the city to include another treatment with her. My scars and tissues feel so much better.

My lymphatic drainage massage with Elli was amazing. I got relief from the 'heavy' feeling in my legs and feet and was able to sleep straight through the night, instead of waking up a bunch of times as I usually do.

I went to Amanda and it was probably the worst massage I have ever received. I felt like she was petting me for 45 minutes. Ive been to lymphatic drainage massages before and it was not like this. Please avoid this place if possible so you dont leave disappointed like me :(

I saw Amanda for a lymphatic massage and had a wonderful experience. She’s extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout. She was also really helpful in guiding me toward better compression options for my recovery. I’m very glad she’s part of my recovery journey.

I went to Leslie for the first time for lymphatic massage, and what a beautiful experience it was. It was so relaxing. I fell asleep right away. Leslie is so professional and kind. I would highly recommend her, and would definitely utilize her services.

Jemma was fantastic! I came in for a post op initial lymphatic drainage massage following a breast reduction surgery. Jemma was so friendly, professional and informative (not to mention a great sense of humour). I had such a great experience, and I will definitely be returning to see Jemma!
