“I had a referral from a Doctor at a related clinic for a service. Flourish made me do a virtual consult with their NP for $75 anyway. On the virtual appt, Zoom, the nurses audio wasn’t working. We tried a few times, then she called on the phone- continued audio issues. I felt for her but it also seemed like a bad sign, like it was lacking professionalism and also using more of my time than I had allocated. We completed the consult and I confirmed a time and location of appt. In short order, they changed my appt time by an hour earlier - I saw this and confirmed. I went to my appt where I was to go by their pharmacy first, unfortunately he didn’t have my prescription ordered. Turns out they had another location and it seems after confirming, that the time change must have come with a location change… so, I drove over to the new location and they fumbled to tell they wouldn’t have time for my appt. I had booked about a week and half out prior to travelling for two weeks. Given that I was unwell, this was a big priority for me that I had moved several work and other obligations for. So their lack of priority for my appointment was a real disappointment. Make sure you prioritize your health and comfort- if you get any red flags from this group, don’t use them.”Read moreShow less

“Queenly at Flourish is incredible! She provided TCM Acupuncture and fertility acupuncture support while I was going through IVF. She is extremely knowledgeable, calming and puts you at ease. She went above and beyond throughout her treatment with me, and even came in at special times when I was doing an embryo transfer to provide treatment before/after transfer. “I love Flourish for so many reasons!! First of all, all of the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Aisling, the founder, is incredibly intelligent and very nurturing. She was able to help me figure out what was wrong when so many doctors wrote off a bunch of the symptoms that I was having. “Lets talk about the experts at Flourish! I saw Dr. Hogan about an issue I was having with nail health and she was AMAZING. She not only listened to my issue with care and concern, but she also talked to me about my overall wellness and gave me some great recommendations. I also had the opportunity to meet with Charlotte, the newest addition to the team (she is an RN). She was efficient and empathetic! A great combo. Queenly is magical. She is kind, compassionate, warm, and friendly, and she instantly made me feel super comfortable and relaxed.
