“Where do I even begin? Steph Defosse - I had constant foot pain for about two weeks after wearing improper shoes. I hoped it would eventually go away on it's own, I finally decided that maybe I should seek help when it became unbearable. Steph worked her magic, talked me through each step, explained the cause and steps to help prevent it, for my first ever Chiropractic experience, she was an absolute gem, I haven't had pain in my foot since! Myles Sinclair - After a long night of crocheting my neck had become stiff, I knew the cause was likely my posture, which Myles was able to confirm based on just what he felt. He was able to fix it immediately and my neck was back to normal! Bre Dolen - She knew right away I held a lot of stress in my shoulders, I was nervous at first due to my back being super sensitive. I had never had a massage before, I opted for the 30 minutes believing I wouldn't be able to sit through any longer. While it was painful at first she made sure that I was comfortable during our session and I pushed through the pain - Bre listened to my feedback and readjusted when needed, it begun to fade little by little. By the end of our session I couldn't believe it had already been 30 minutes and the on-going shoulder and back pain I had experienced for the last few years was suddenly gone!! Steph, Myles and Bre have helped me realise I need to start listening to my body more and have helped me experience life again without pain. I have always been very much a believer of pain will go away eventually on its own, had I known I that this could've helped me sooner, I wouldn't have waited another second!
