“Great gym. Awesome staff. My only complaint is the old or wrecked gym accessories. Specifically skipping ropes. Other than that this gym is awesome and has everything you need (minus quality skipping ropes) for a good workout. I go all the time 😃”

“Positives : The people are super friendly! And there is a HUGE variety of equipment here! Negatives: The cardio seems to have a lot of faults ( treadmills & steppers), the spin bikes resistance is out of wack, the gym often has an unpleasant odour from a lack of awareness around our own sweat…. People often don’t unrack their weights …the cleaning is…. Very average:( And it’s incredibly expensive for any short term visiting members.”Read moreShow less

“Amazing gym! It’s a legit bodybuilding gym. Great if you’re an athlete, getting ready for a fitness show, or someone who is looking for a challenge. This is the place to be. It’s also a 24 hour facility. Very clean gym and the staff are friendly. I live far from this gym but it’s worth the hour drive to go!”Read moreShow less

“Great little gym with quality equipment and excellent prices. Some of the gear is a little dated but 200lbs is always 200lbs. Good area for crossfit if you're into that and dumbbells up to 130!”

“I really enjoy coming here everyone is so friendly and they have a good selection of equipment. It does seem to be a bit crowded but given the size of space they’ve done the really well with laying everything out. Only thing I don’t like is I need to shower after my workout because I have a long drive home. The change room and shower stalls are fairly clean feeling however the shower heads make me feel dirty using them. They look mildewed and one looks to have mould so I only use one of the showers there.”Read moreShow less

“I'm really impressed with this place. I came to Smithers from Hamilton Ontario and was pleasantly surprised to find a gym that offers everything you could get in a commercial gym in a big city (and then some). The staff is always friendly, the gym is rarely crowded, the facilities are clean and equipment, especially in the back room, is top notch. Keep it up guys!”Read moreShow less

“The staff are super friendly and keep the gym very clean. I do think the gym is too jammed pack. Busy and too many machines and not enough space to move around. The gym is a little over priced. Also it would be good for them to have more spray bottles to wipe down the machines and benches. The weights and equipment is old. Some benches and machine seats have tears in the vynl.
