“I lucked into finding Taylor at Envision Therapy, and am I ever glad I did. I've not used a lot of physio services, but trying to stay active as I age - and the associated nagging injuries and aches - led me to seek help. Taylor is methodical, an attentive listener and happy to explain to this curious laymen what the underlying causes of my injuries are from. In addition to the treatment, he's generous with helpful techniques in the gym to help avoid these things from becoming chronic. Best of all - the treatment works for me. “Envision Physiotherapy was recommended by a friend. I saw Marcus at the Leg in Boot Square location, steps from the Olympic Village skytrain station. I had strained both calves at the same time, he took it serious, listened to how it happened, worked on them weekly and gave me stretches that were easy to incorporate into my busy life. Once I was finished seeing him, he gave me two great options for follow up, should I require it and emphasized continuing to strengthen so I don't have to see him again (for this injury at least!). “I want to share my experience taking physiotherapy treatment with Marcus. Last year, I had a bike accident, and I left the emergency room walking with crutches. I began seeing Marcus after the accident because I was unable to flex or straighten my knee. Marcus assessed my condition and I started treatment at the clinic. He provided me with the tools I needed to recover and assisted me in navigating ICBC and medical appointments with specialists. “I recently had a total hip replacement and have been seeing Marcus. He is very easy to talk with, he listens to you and is very knowledgeable and has helped me regain my confidence in my walking. In the few months I have been seen Marcus, I have gone from my walker to crutches and now to a cane. The exercises he prescribed for me, for my hip, have helped immensely. He will demonstrate an exercise he wishes me to do and also tells me to make sure I take breaks. He cares about your well-being and wont push you to the point of hurting yourself from doing too much.
