“I had a massage with Ashley Box and she was incredible! I've had chronic lower back pain for 10 years, and I had forgotten what it felt like to go a day without back pain until Ashley helped me. I'm a nurse and my job is very strenuous and I had to call in sick for my shift before this massage due to such bad pain. She was thorough, professional, and made the experience a good one. “My massage with Jada spence today was disappointing. I had clearly mentioned when booking that I was pregnant, but it still took about 10–12 minutes at the start of my appointment to set up the pregnancy pillow and get everything ready. Because of this, my massage didn’t begin until around 9:12, yet it still ended at 9:59, and I was told we were out of time. During the massage, one of my feet and one of my hands were skipped. I had booked a full-body massage, but my glutes and thighs weren’t massaged at all. I don’t think it’s fair that I lost treatment time because of pregnancy accommodations that the clinic already knew about in advance. “Roman is an exceptional massage therapist. What really sets him apart is his ability to get to the root cause of a problem instead of just treating the symptoms. He has an impressive understanding of how the body works and how different muscles, joints, and movement patterns are all connected. Every time I’ve seen him, he’s taken the time to assess what’s actually causing the issue and target it effectively. His knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to pinpoint problem areas are second to none. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people feel better and move better. If you’re dealing with pain, tightness, or ongoing issues that haven’t been resolved elsewhere, I highly recommend Roman. “I’ve had massages with a few of the RMTs here and honestly the whole clinic is fantastic—everyone is welcoming, professional, and incredibly skilled. That said, Bobby Tran is truly exceptional. His technique, attention to detail, and ability to find exactly where your body needs work really stand out. He creates such a comfortable, professional environment and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping you feel better, not just getting through an appointment.
