A late cancellation of less than 24 hours or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours-notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours-notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees are the amount of the full regular fee for the service. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing a 24-hour notice we are often unable to fill that appointment time. Your therapist only gets paid when they see a client. For this reason, you will be charged the full regular fee for the service .

“There are two sides of Lillian: the gentle side and the not-so-gentle side. Both effective techniques depending what your needs are. I saw Lillian while I was pregnant with twins and she alleviated my nausea, back pain and any other pregnant issues that I had for 9 months She also induced my labor. Lillian was so gentle with her needles and cupping and it was always a joy to see her. Now that my babies are out and growing, holding and lifting them as caused more issues with my body and Lillian has to do different needling techniques that are not-so gentle. She makes me sweat while my muscles twitch and I leave her treatments as if I did a workout but the best part is that my body is more mobile and the pain has been reduced or disappeared. Lillian is so amazing that I will take both sides of her. She is also very sweet and easy to talk to and makes you feel like family.
