“In only two sessions, I was given some helpful handouts and tools to utilize which helped immensely and got me further than any other program. Being able to speak openly and receive real solutions, not just lip-service, has really helped to make me feel comfortable and hopeful that there are doable and manageable solutions. Exchiela is easy to talk to and understands the unique industry I work in. There are many moments of laughter and light-bulb moments which have allowed me to really take away food for thought moving forward. I cannot recommend Empowered Wellness & Solutions enough. The research, tools and thought that go into each session really personalize it - not just textbook responses and answers. Thank you so very much!”
