“I called them from Ottawa, looking for a wheelchair accessible multidisciplinary clinic for my mother, who lives in North York. “From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The clinic has a calm, clean, and positive atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The practitioners are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to really listen, explain everything clearly, and tailor treatments to your individual needs. I never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated how focused they were on long-term health and results rather than quick fixes. I’ve noticed a real improvement since starting treatment here, and I feel confident knowing I’m in good hands. “Read this review. It's important. I was told at the beginning when I originally went for treatment here that one doctor at the one price that I'd be paying would be able to help me with the therapy.And consult on medication so that my primary care physician could then prescribe that medication. I'm now being told that apparently that person doesn't do that.And I have to go see another doctor that's gonna cost me even more money to get my medication prescribed, or to even talk about. When someone called me to talk about this, they told me " oh, we laid all of this out in the email" Now if you are GENUINELY here for ADHD treatment, they should know right off the bat that if you're at the beginning of this treatment.You're not gonna do things like read an entire email.That's kind of the point of coming to you. So the verbal information that I receive from the intake people needs to be a 100% written in stone. How can you say and fall back on something that you know the person you're coming to? Is not going to read because that's kind of the whole reason they're coming to you. That should tell you right away that they don't actually know enough about this disorder to treat it correctly. If they did, I wouldn't even be here right now.And this review wouldn't have to be a thing. If you're going to treat ADHD your entire clinic top to bottom needs to be tailored to the people who are calling it!! Absolutely bonkers. “I requested a consultation but never received a call. When I contacted them they said they said that they did see and receive the request inputted 4 times but never bothered to review it? Simply ignoring the first red flag I gave them the hours I was available for a call back, only to be reached out during the hours I said I was not available, and was left a message that Victoria would be available until 2pm. So I called back 1:15pm where they once again were not prepared and said they would call me back. They’ve now closed for the day and nobody bothered to reach out to me. I contacted this space due to my brother abruptly ending his visits. All they did was prescribe him ADHD medication for a hefty cost and didn’t solution any of his problems or strive to dig deeper. I thought he may be mistaken and I would inquire with my own personal problems. Lo and behold I never even could make it through the door to judge their treatment. DO NOT go to this place! Especially if you are new to therapy, they will treat you like a number, which will discourage you from seeking help.”Read moreShow less

“I've been involved with Dynamic Health for over a year now and I don't have a single bad thing to say about them. The team is extremely nice and accommodating, and you feel really cared for. They're always there to work through things with you if you have a question or need any kind of support, and the response times are basically immediate! Most things, like booking and rescheduling appointments can be done conveniently and easily through the website, and they definitely go the extra mile to make your experience positive! “I am so grateful to the team at Dynamic Health my experience receiving treatment there for the past three months has been absolutely outstanding. Literally everyone I have dealt with has been kind, empathetic, good at what they do and really looking to help me. The administrative person (Cassandra) is always so kind, helpful and patient with my many questions and requests, the Care Manager (Victoria) is very good, really knows her stuff and is very helpful and my therapist (Natasha P.) is the best! It’s hard for me to adequately convey just how much my life and health have changed for the better since I have been helped by the kind people at Dynamic Health. By addressing my condition in such a supportive practice environment I feel so much more hopeful, confident and happy but I have also experienced many physical health benefits I hadn’t even anticipated would result from psychological counselling. I was hesitant to invest in myself in this way but I think it may just be the best decision I have ever made. I only wish I had done it earlier but I’m too pleased with the results now to linger on the regret of what I might have been able to achieve if I had gotten this help earlier.
