“I had my iron infusion yesterday and had a wonderful experience. Rachel was absolutely lovely—she has such a down-to-earth personality and made me feel comfortable right away. She was very knowledgeable, offered many helpful recommendations, and sent my prescriptions to my pharmacy immediately. The clinic itself was a quiet, relaxing space, which made the entire appointment feel stress-free. My iron infusion was completely painless, and I felt well cared for throughout the visit. “I’ve seen Anne Marie a few times for lymphatic massage and I feel immediate relief after each session. She also takes the time to explain how to do self massage to stimulate the lymphatic system between sessions. I would highly recommend!”

“I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Durham Natural Health Centre. The level of care and professionalism was unacceptable. My daughter was treated with a complete lack of compassion, and at times it felt inhumane. We later discovered confirmed by the College of Naturopaths, that expired ingredients had been used in an infusion administered into her. This is deeply concerning and, in my view, completely negligent. What is even more troubling is the lack of accountability. Rather than acknowledging the mistake or showing any genuine concern for my daughter’s wellbeing, the clinic dismissed our concerns and avoided responsibility. As a result of this experience, my daughter is now dealing with long-term health complications. No family should have to go through something like this.
