“I am so thankful to Dr. Krieckenbeck. I highly recommend her… so knowledgeable, compassionate, friendly and patient. she is so thorough in her examination of my eyes. She really took time also to answer all my questions which brought me peace of mind. I was so satisfied with all her explanations… so knowledgeable and so clear . Through her professional and patient explanations, I got the guidance I badly needed about my cataract surgery( when to do it). “Had an appointment at 10:45 in the morning, been asked to arrive 15 min earlier to fill out form because they think I’m a new patient (even tough I’ve been there before). I arrived at 10:20 to make sure they have plenty of time. Waited until 11:00 am been told I need to possibly wait another 20mins or straight up tell me I can come back another time. So me taking time off work to participate in this eye exam was for nothing, second of all, a family group in front of me can just get a quick exam just because “they are there already” without any appointment in the expense of my time. Thanks but no thanks, do not go, their time management is like garbage. PS: could have told me earlier that they had an extra busy day as per appointment schedule but nah, the want you to wait there for a good 15 minutes past your appointment and tell you to wait another 20 or more cuz they are “busy””Read moreShow less

“If I could give Dr. Caroline Kriekenbeek 10 stars, I would. She has treated both my young children. She first saw them when they were 5 and 3 years old. She engages with them in a playful and positive way while administering a battery of vision tests. My son is begging for me to book another appointment with her. She's professional, thorough, explains results in a complete and accessible way and answers questions thoughtfully.
