“This is the best physiotherapy I have ever received. Ingrid has so much experience and a 6th sense for the body that feels like deep wisdom. She gives me relief when I'm with her but she also gives me great exercises to do in between. I am consistently doing these exercises and getting results. My shoulder still has a long way to go but we've made great progress in just a few sessions. I am highly recommending her to friends and family. “I am lucky to have found Darren. We were able to correctly diagnose the root cause of my back pain through an X-ray. Since I don’t have a family doctor on the island, he recommended a great online service, which allowed me to book a referral and get my X-ray done. When my X-ray results came in, he followed up with me immediately. With the correct diagnosis and an effective treatment plan, after almost three years of chronic pain, I finally started to see genuine improvement in a short amount of time. Darren is an incredibly experienced physiotherapist—his bio states that he has over 20 years of experience, and his work speaks for itself. I have seen many physiotherapists before, and he is by far the best. He has a vast amount of knowledge and provides excellent customer service. “I have seen many physios in my life, Darren is one of the best. Knowledgeable, kind, professional, and you can tell every patient and their improvement/healing/rehab journey really matters to him. If you play any type of recreational sport he’s a goldmine of information and experience based on his work with average joes and pros in several different sports. As a passionate athlete himself he understands training, frequency, and how to evaluate cause and effect so that a ‘niggle’ or bad form doesn’t become a lifelong issue/serious injury.
