We’re so glad to have Rylie joining us at Driftwood Counselling. She brings a genuine, down to earth approach and focuses on helping clients feel at ease and supported. Rylie works with anxiety and OCD using ACT and ERP, and is currently offering virtual appointments. If you’re a new client, you’re welcome to reach out by email at hello@driftwoodcounselling.ca. From there, we can connect for a brief intro or free consultation to see if it feels like a good fit and talk through next steps. “Jaclyn is a very kind, emphatic, and knowledgeable counsellor. I just had my fifth session with her, and my time has been very helpful. Over the last two years, I have been struggling with OCD and the intrusive thoughts that come with it. The themes I experience are very taboo and difficult to share with even my closest friends. Jaclyn provides a very safe and comfortable space to share my darkest thoughts. She just understands me, this disorder, and is helping me through this very challenging time. If you are looking for someone who specializes in OCD, Jaclyn is an incredibly talented therapist.”
