“I went in as a new patient for a corn removal (wasn't sure if it was a wart or corn as I never experienced something like this before) and booked the Initial Chiropody Assessment based on the clinic’s website description, which mentions that the initial appointment includes comprehensive clinical examination, biomechanical assessment, and gait analysis. This was changed recently on their website. The chiropodist was gentle and communicated well during the removal but no other examination was conducted. During my appointment, the corn was examined and removed, and I was given general footwear recommendations. After following up with the clinic, I was told that a biomechanical or gait assessment was not considered necessary for my case, despite being charged the full initial assessment fee. I understand that treatment depends on the issue being treated, but I do feel the website description created expectations for a more thorough first assessment than what I personally received. I am glad they changed their description since there should be transparency for new patients. I won't be going back because I expect them to perform the services they charged for.”Read moreShow less

“The place is a bit hard to find. It's in Sheraton but underground in the underground mall. My visit was a fast and efficient appointment - less than 30min. Costs CAD100. They arent as service oriented nor thorough as other podologists ive visited... meaning they only do the one thing your visit entails. Other doctors Ive seen address the chief concern, but also wash, and scrub and slight massage. But yeah. Overall it was still a good visit. “I had a very painful corn on my foot (plus one on my toe) that Piyush examined an removed today. He also took a look at my walking. The issue is resolved (I hope) and I could not be happier with my treatment at this clinic. -Friendly greeting when you walk in. Heads up regarding when I would be seen. -My appointment was at 1:15pm and I was in there almost immediately after I arrived and was seen for at least 30 minutes or longer. -Piyush is extremely professional and has an excellent bedside manner. He's kind, thorough and allowed me to ask questions and he answered them with knowledge, compassion and understanding. -Piyush clearly indicated what next steps should be.
