“Alexandra is fantastic, I found her by looking at the counsellors through Sun Life. I wanted someone I could easily get to with the sky train and who can do online in case we cant in person. Shes been great help working through stuff. Im not here really for any particular problem but for upkeep purposes. Theres no pressure and these sessions help me discover different aspects of who I am, what I do and how I do.”

“Alexandra is very professional and empathetic. I went to see her specifically because of her Existential focus as I was going through a difficult time finding a new direction in my life and feeling depressed and demotivated. I appreciate the guidance and insight she's provided me during counselling and also holding me accountable to find my own answers and my own purpose. I really liked her counselling style and felt comfortable in sessions. I also really like her office in Burnaby by the skytrain, it's easy to get to by transit and there's street parking if you're driving.”

“Alexandra has helped me deal with my anxiety to the point I don't consider it a big part of my life at all. I used to suffer from severe anxiety and has tried different therapies that helped for only some time. Her approach is interesting because it's not just CBT self help but also about deeper causes of anxiety, which I believe is from Existentialism”
