Dr. Jamshidi saved me from 10 years of chronic pain. For about 10 years, I suffered from severe chronic neck pain. It affected my work, studies, exercise, and even everyday tasks. Before seeing Dr. Jamshidi, I had more than three years of physiotherapy and spent a great deal of time and money, but the relief only lasted a few days before the pain returned. Dr. Jamshidi helped me overcome that pain, and for more than two years now, I have been going to the gym and feel stronger than ever. He is not just a therapist. He treats his patients with genuine care and supports them in adapting their daily lives for long-term improvement. He is patient, professional, and truly compassionate. I highly recommend him, especially to anyone dealing with more complex pain issues.

Dr. Jamshidi is an exceptional physiotherapist. He immediately identified the source of my pain and treated it with great expertise and precision. His profound knowledge of muscles and body mechanics is impressive. Thanks to his professional care and excellent advice, I’ve experienced significant pain relief and have been able to improve my physical activity level noticeably. Highly recommended!

I had a horrible experience at Dena Physio. I worked with Ali Jamshidi. I have a broken elbow and a ripped tendon. I went for about 4 weeks. He would tell me to do an exercise, such as doing it ten times, and leave for 10-15 minutes (sometimes longer) to see other patients or talk to the other physiotherapists. By the time he came back, I had done it for the 50th time and I was unsure if I had been doing it correctly in the first place. He also disagreed with what my doctor was telling me a couple of times. I saw very little progress too. My last straw was when I came to the clinic one day, and he started pushing my arm down to the point where I was screaming, crying and sweating. I begged him to stop and he continued. I decided to give him one final chance, but I feared coming back to the clinic after what had happened. I had told him to please ease it up. He barely did anything that day, which was not what I had asked, I had just asked him to consider my pain tolerance. At the end of the session, he told me that I could try other clinics, but that they would likely be softer with me, and that I would not regain my range of motion. I believe that this was unprofessional of him to say. I changed physios, and after 2 sessions, I already see significant progress. My current physio also very much considers my pain tolerance, and once again, I see more progress in 2 sessions with them than in the 8 that I had at Dena Physio with Ali. You can indeed make progress while considering your pain tolerance. I lost significant time and money. It is for all these reasons that I recommend strongly against this clinic.

Last week I had an appointment at this clinic and unfortunately I was very dissatisfied with Dr. Jamshidi. During the one-hour appointment I had booked, he spent less than five minutes with me in total, and even that time was very scattered. It felt very disrespectful as a patient when I was in the middle of explaining my problem and he repeatedly interrupted me without apologizing, leaving the room several times. Because of this experience, I initially left a one-star review with an explanation. However, shortly after that, the clinic’s management, Dr. Vafadar, personally contacted me. He listened carefully to my concerns with great respect and professionalism and kindly offered me a complimentary follow-up session to make up for the experience. I truly appreciate his prompt response and professionalism. For this reason, I decided to remove my negative review and leave a five-star review instead, as I believe the clinic should not suffer because of an individual staff member’s mistake.

I’ve had a great experience at Dena Sport Clinic. The clinic is very clean, organized, and professional, and the staff are always welcoming and helpful. I’ve been doing my physiotherapy with Dr. Jamshidi and I’m extremely satisfied with the care I’ve received. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and clearly very experienced. He takes the time to understand the problem and provides effective treatment. You can really tell that he knows what he’s doing and cares about his patients’ recovery. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for high-quality physiotherapy and professional care.

I had a great experience with them. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to carefully assess my condition. The treatment plan was clear and effective, and I started seeing improvement quickly. They also explained the exercises very well so I could continue the recovery at home. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a skilled and caring physiotherapist.

I had a great experience at Dena Physiotherapy Clinic. Dr. Amir Vafadar quickly and accurately diagnosed the root cause of my lower back pain. What impressed me the most was how carefully he listened and how precisely he identified the problem. After only three physiotherapy sessions over the course of 10 days, my condition improved by about 99%, which honestly exceeded my expectations. Dr. Vafadar is a very knowledgeable, intelligent, and skilled specialist when it comes to identifying the source of pain and treating localized issues effectively. His approach is professional, focused, and clearly based on deep expertise. I highly recommend Dr. Amir Vafadar and Dena Physiotherapy to anyone dealing with back pain or other musculoskeletal problems.

I had more than 10 physiotherapy sessions with Dr. Jamshidi, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. During almost every session, Dr. Jamshidi behaved in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. While it was supposed to be my scheduled treatment time, he frequently saw other patients at the same time, spending time with them instead of focusing on my therapy. Although each physiotherapy session was scheduled for one hour, in reality Dr. Jamshidi spent less than 5 minutes with me in most sessions, and even in the best case it was no more than 15 minutes. The rest of the time he was attending to other patients. This lack of attention to my appointment time occurred in at least 8 out of my 10 sessions. Unfortunately, this was often accompanied by disrespectful responses to my questions and requests for exercises, and my concerns were largely ignored. When I asked questions about my condition or treatment, I often did not receive clear answers, and no proper exercises or rehabilitation plan were provided, which is a fundamental part of physiotherapy care. I also contacted the clinic receptionist and raised my concerns about not receiving adequate time during my appointments, but unfortunately my complaint had no impact on Dr. Jamshidi’s behaviour. In my last session, he spent a maximum of only 5 minutes with me, even though I paid for a full one-hour physiotherapy session. Unfortunately, it appears that there is little or no management oversight regarding how patients are treated and how appointment times are respected. I hope the clinic management seriously reviews this situation, including checking the clinic cameras if necessary, to understand how patients are treated during their scheduled appointment times. Patients deserve respect, professional care, and the full attention of the therapist during the time they have paid for.

I am writing this review to express my serious dissatisfaction with the treatment my wife received from Mr. Sadi Firoozi. My wife visited this physiotherapy clinic due to back pain. However, without requesting or reviewing any doctor’s prescription, medical referral, or MRI results, Mr. Firoozi immediately began treatment. Shortly after the very first session, her condition worsened significantly. Not only did her back pain increase, but she also developed severe pain radiating down her leg. After just one session, my wife was unable to walk properly, which was extremely alarming. The pressure applied during the treatment appeared excessive and inappropriate for her condition. Unfortunately, even one month later, she is still experiencing persistent leg pain in the exact area where pressure was applied during the session. We expected a professional assessment, proper caution, and evidence-based treatment. Instead, the treatment caused additional injury and prolonged pain, leading to physical distress and unnecessary suffering. Based on our experience, we are deeply disappointed with the lack of proper evaluation and care, and we cannot recommend this physiotherapist to others.

After struggling with pain for a long time, I finally found relief thanks to my physiotherapist Mr. Amir Vafadar. The treatment was personalized and effective, and the progress was noticeable within a short time. The clinic is very well organized and comfortable. I truly appreciate the care and support.
