“I went to Tatham for an assessment for chronic pain that I have been dealing with for 2 years. In our first session, he took me through a series of physical tests to identify problematic patterns of movement and gave me some exercises to correct these. Tatham explains complicated concepts about how the body functions and moves in a way that is accessible and easy to digest. In just an hour, we were able to increase my range of motion in the affected areas significantly, which is more than I've gotten from the multiple physios and many other practitioners I've seen in the past! I highly recommend Tatham for anyone wanting to not just heal their body but also understand HOW their body heals and functions.”
