Cultivate Wellness has a strict 24-hour cancellation or reschedule policy. If you have to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled session, you will be charged the full fee of the missed session.
A credit card is required on Client accounts to hold appointments. If you do not have a credit card, please email info@cultivatewellnessyqr.ca to have your appointment set up.
About the clinic
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR NEW/CURRENT CLIENTS:
As of May 31, we are moving our offices into the basement suite of our current building at 320 Gardiner Park Court. There will be signs to direct you where to enter and wait for your practitioner. If you have any questions or concerns, please email info@cultivatewellnessyqr.ca
Please note:
The hourly rate for Registered Psychologists (Richie and Maureen) will be increasing to $225 per hour effective March 1, 2026; consistent with the Psychology Association of Saskatchewan fee recommendation.
Certified Counsellor & Social Worker Sessions will increase from $160.00 per hour to $170.00 per hour effective January 1, 2026.
