“I had an osteopathy treatment in Etobicoke/Mississauga today. It felt different from a massage and also different from chiropractic treatment. Dr. Joe Wu seemed very professional. 今天我在怡陶碧谷/密西沙加接受了整骨疗法。感觉和按摩不一样，也和脊椎按摩疗法不一样。吴乔医生看起来非常专业。”

“I have been waiting for my order since December 2025. Communication from the clinic has been poor and inconsistent. An agent from the clinic contacted me through Facebook Messenger after I saw their advertisement on Facebook Marketplace. This is how I first came to know about the clinic. They initially confirmed that my order was ready. Later they told me the insurance claim was not approved because it was only submitted recently. They did not submit the claim in December when the order was placed. Because of this delay, I lost my 2025 insurance benefits. If the claim had been submitted on time, this issue would not have happened. The process lacked transparency and proper communication. My experience with the clinic has been disappointing.”
