“I had been seeing one of the specialists here for more than a year and previously had a positive experience, which makes this situation more disappointing. I recently missed an appointment due to a genuine mix-up with the time and was charged the full no-show fee. While I understand the need for a cancellation policy, I was surprised that there was absolutely no flexibility given my history as a consistent client. I also asked whether the receipt could be adjusted, but that request was declined as well. The overall interaction felt quite rigid and lacking in understanding, which was not in line with my prior experience. If you are considering this clinic, just be aware that their policies are strictly enforced without exceptions, even for long-term clients.”Read moreShow less

“I am grateful to have found Dr. Amali and her team at Cornerstone. She is patient and thorough in her questioning to get to the root of the problem, rather that just medicating to mask symptoms. Communication is always clear and timely, and I truly feel listened to and supported at every step of my care. Dr. Amali is kind, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and takes the time to explain things thoroughly, which makes the whole process feel collaborative and reassuring. “After leaving my 10 min standard drs appointed disappointed again, I turned to Megan Boucher at cornerstone for a more in depth review of my health and what to do. Words cannot describe how nice it is to have someone actually listen to you, and qualified to give you guidance and a plan to actually get better. A lot of blood work that doctors barely check or think is normal. I’ve learned is actually not and glad to finally have someone on my side of my health and not another number.
