“I saw Dr. Lauffer. She seems to be an excellent naturopath, listens well, very understanding and a holistic approach to patient and treatment alike. I valued the appointment. The clinic is riddled with freedom convoy adjacent materials though, worst being the “Druthers” publication. It’s difficult to take this organization seriously when they distribute this. Approach with caution.”

“Charged $100 up front before booking. I was so distracted by the surprise and mistrust right off the bat. Policy here is 3 business days or they keep your money. I think 48 hours should be reasonable especially if you have a good roster of patients. New NP to the clinic was going to charge me $235 for an intake and I wasn’t informed of pricing prior to receiving the intake form. I saw the price and it’s 85 dollars more than what I have seen quoted other places without explanation as to the expertise I am paying extra for. Disappointed in general experience. The three star was because they immediately refunded me without apologies but hey she was friendly. I didn’t feel she was concerned about losing a patient. If I wanted to feel like just another number I would go to a Ohip covered doctor”
