“As someone who is pretty active and incorporates a lot of different types of training into my fitness routine, I’ve found Pilates to be an incredibly valuable addition. The combination of core strength, mobility, stability, and controlled movement complements my other training really well. Core Community has created an amazing environment, and the new Yaletown location is incredible. The instructors are knowledgeable, the classes are challenging, the location is amazing, and you leave feeling stronger and more mobile without feeling like you’ve just gone through another traditional workout. I’d highly recommend Core Community to anyone looking to add Pilates to their routine! It's one of the best decisions I've ever made!”

“I’d never done Pilates before but my wife encouraged me to try with her. I wasn’t sure what to expect. I lift weights, play hockey and am a pretty active runner so thought this would be pretty light of a workout. Boy, was I wrong. It hit areas I’ve never hit before and I felt amazing afterwards. The instructor was great, the studio was super nice and the equipment was fantastic. Will absolutely be coming back.”

“I thought i didn’t like pilates until I found Core! The class was very beginner-friendly and easy to follow, while still being challenging enough for someone with more experience. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the studio was incredibly clean. Would definitely recommend!”

“Finally my favourite Pilates studio is downtown!!!! I just love Core Community - everyone is always so warm and friendly and they have the best instructors. I’ve done the intro Pilates and intermediate Pilates. The instructors make sure you’re comfortable and you still get in a good workout.”

“I absolutely love this Core location! As an Avid core 4th avenue client, I knew I had to try the new studio right away. The class was challenging in the best way, and I felt very welcomed by the instructor, Sasha. The studio itself has such a positive atmosphere. You can really tell that the management team cares about maintaining the same values and energy that’s at the other two studios. Highly recommend!”
