“I would highly recommend Cooper Physiotherapy Clinic as the staff is highly professional, compassionate and understanding. In particular Kristin, one of the PT's is excellent at her job, very focused and targets your individual needs which helped me to hasten my recovery. Sandy, the PT Aide is very hardworking, a great communicator and has a great sense of humour. Kara, the Admin staff is very helpful to ensure your appointments are suitable in the most personable manner. Overall, it was a joy to get my physical rehab at this clinic. Violet P”

“This physio clinic is one big open space with no privacy, everyone hears and see what's going on. The owner, Cheryl, is loud and constantly yelling at the staff across the room. Never saw her smile once, but rather stern. There's no consistency in a physio therapist assigned to you, but different students doing the job. Was paying to do my exercises there when I can do them at home. Unfortunately, my problems didn't get any better and I'm still in pain. Will be going somewhere else.”

“This place is why you stick to small town services. They have treated me exceptionally. I had my ACL surgery and they have been critical to getting me back on my feet. They've made time for me in emergencies, have wonderful and friendly customer service and the breadth of knowledge always makes me feel so assured. This is the physio you've been looking for.”

“I can’t recommend Cooper Physio enough. Cheryl was my saving grace when I could barely walk, let alone move without intense pain. She helped diagnose my issue and navigate me through the medical system. Her and her team helped me gain enough mobility to sustain me till I could have back surgery, and then she guided me in my rehab to rebuild my strength and mobility. She helped give me my life back and i can’t thank her and her team enough. I am forever grateful.”
