“Stephanie is very knowledgable, experienced, and a pleasure to come see (I travel an hour each way!). As a physio student, I have been lucky enough to have her as a clinical skills assistant and seen the depth of her knowledge first hand.”

“Stephanie is by far the best physiotherapist in North America. She is a researcher-practitioner and it shows. My mysterious running-related foot injury and the debilitating climbing-related wrist injury did not heal properly until I saw her. I had tried more than 10 practices in different states and provinces. She is very good at problem solving and looking for the root cause of pain before prescribing exercises. I can hike and lift weights again after years of intermittently wearing foot/wrist braces, getting MRIs, and seeing orthopedic surgeons. Thank you, Steph!”Read moreShow less

“Yesterday was my first session with Stephanie and wow! I felt so supported for my on going wrist injury. She was present and so knowledgable. I had instant relief from our session and left feeling empowered with easy to follow and complete exercises. She even emailed me a list of exercises after to ensure ease with my home program. Thank you Stephanie! Already looking forward to my next appointment.”Read moreShow less

“I’m a fitness instructor and dancer, and my job is on my feet all day. Moving well is very important to me. I was referred to Stephanie in 2021 by my sports medicine doctor and she has been amazing! Her attention to detail and care have helped me overcome a chronic hip tendonitis from a skiing injury. She also helps me on an ongoing basis with a combination of clinical pilates and hands on therapy. I’m very grateful for Stephanie’s care and would highly recommend her!”Read moreShow less

“I highly recommend Stephanie. I have seen may physiotherapists over the years and she is one of the best. Professional, knowledgeable and knew exactly how to help me. Physio and Pilates is such an amazing combination for healing. My knee was a mess after a skiing accident and because of her it didn't take me long to get back to regular life.”Read moreShow less

“I have had the opportunity to get treatment from Stephanie for the last year. She has the incredible ability to assess exactly what the cause of pain is so that it can be treated. She was also able to help strengthen and engage my muscles to correct pain while relating some of the exercises to movements that I use in my sport. An ongoing injury which I had for an entire year went away a few weeks after treatment from Stephanie.”Read moreShow less
