“I have been a client of Collective Footcare for about 1 1/2 years. I am a diabetic therefore having my feet taken care of is of prime importance to me. The staff at Collective are the best. They take a genuine interest in the health of my feet. I have been to other Chiropodists with mixed results. Collective is by far the best. “Shoes ordered and in store in less than a week. made an apptmnt for fitting and followed thru -- one day. went to store and got fitted up on appointed day in about 1/2 hour. “I’m always greeted by a friendly and polite receptionist who knows my name and why I’m there. Massages by Candace are fabulous. I like a deep tissue massage and she performs and she always finds my bass spots and makes sure they are taken care of. Check out is fast and efficient too. “I was treated here for an Ingrown Recently. I am an RN dealing with my Big toe inflammation for a few months due to occupational footwear so I was looking for a great clinic that would help me the same way I would treat my own patients. I had an excellent experience at this clinic from the initial consultation all the way through the procedure. From the first appointment, I was assigned under Dr. Sahil’s care. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and kind, taking the time to carefully assess my condition, taking the time to answer my questions as well as validate how any anxiousness I was experiencing. On the day of the procedure, he was calm, confident, and very skilled, and he made a point to check in with me throughout the process and acknowledge any discomfort, and go over post operative care thoroughly which I really appreciated. His bedside manner was exceptional and he treated me with genuine empathy and respect while still being very fast, efficient and precise with the procedure itself which I find very impressive as another healthcare worker. The clinic staff were also friendly, organized, and welcoming, which made the entire experience feel comfortable and well run.
