“After more than 20 years of excruciating pain and very little success with other treatment providers, I finally decided to book an appointment with Dr. Schacter. Working in personal injury, I had seen his name countless times in client treatment records and had heard nothing but praise. As someone who was highly skeptical of chiropractic care, booking that appointment truly felt like a last resort. He was my final hope. When I arrived, I was barely functioning. Most days I could hardly walk or stand comfortably. There was no pain-free position, sleep was nearly impossible, and I dreaded going to bed each night. I literally hobbled into the office. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the friendly staff. Dr. Schacter treated me with genuine care and compassion, taking the time to listen to my story and understand how I had reached this point. He carefully explained every step of the treatment process, ensuring I was comfortable with each adjustment and allowing my body time to settle before moving on. This was not a rushed appointment with a few quick cracks and a push out the door. The treatment was thoughtful, personalized, and focused entirely on my needs. After my very first treatment, I walked out more easily. I wasn't completely pain-free, but for the first time in years, my hips moved more naturally. That night, I slept a solid four hours without interruption—which was nothing short of miraculous for me. I joked that I wanted to marry him right then and there (sorry, ladies—he's already married to a lovely woman!). My second treatment was just as remarkable. Dr. Schacter was able to unlock a portion of my back that had literally felt "stuck" for years. He also recommended that I see the acupuncturist in the clinic, and I was able to see him right after my appointment that day, which turned out to be another fantastic suggestion. During the acupuncture treatment, I could actually feel a release happening, almost as though my body was reconnecting to itself. Once again, I left with less pain, more mobility, renewed energy, and something I hadn't felt in a very long time: hope. My only mistake was not returning as quickly as recommended for my third treatment. Trust me—that won't happen again. Would I recommend Dr. Schacter and his team? Part of me selfishly wants to say no, just to make sure I can always get an appointment! But the real answer is an emphatic YES. If you've been suffering, do yourself—and your body—a favor. “After two hip replacements, constant soreness, stiffness, and a neck and back that felt locked up from years of accumulated stress, I walked into Dr. Jeff’s office as a last resort. I had only seen a chiropractor once before—and left that experience injured—so I was honestly nervous. I shared all of that on my intake form. When Dr. Jeff came in, he didn’t rush. He spent real time making sure I felt safe and comfortable. He thoroughly explained what was going on with my body and clearly outlined how he planned to address it. “Changed my life! I came in one day with very painful tightness across my neck and shoulders, accumulation of years of stress, driving, desk work, etc. I felt so drained. Dr. Jeffery assessed me and did an adjustment. It was AMAZING!! The pain went, my energy came back, and I literally looked different and felt different walking out of his offices. Dr. Jeffery and his whole staff are very friendly and professional. I have done a number of follow on maintenance adjustments with great results as well. If I could give six stars I would. “My family has been seeing Jeff as our chiropractor for at least 15 years. My husband, my parents, and my husband’s parents all see him whenever we have back pain, hip pain, or frequent headaches. It only ever takes two or three visits at the most to get back to 100%. He is not someone who keeps you coming back for months and months, he just wants to get you feeling better.
