“I recently saw Hans-Peter Pascheit for the first time regarding what I thought was a piriformis sciatic pain (and that’s why I shouldn’t self-diagnose 😁) After a thorough assessment, he explained that it was more of a hamstring issue, and he took the time to clearly walk me through the diagnosis. He was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the session. What I especially appreciated was that he didn’t try to push unnecessary treatments or appointments. “5 Stars recommend! I have brought my teen son twice now to Shauna (pediatric physiotherapist) to prepare for the upcoming soccer season. Preventative healthcare is not talked about or suggested nearly enough, imo. His first visit was an incredibly thorough history and evaluation. Shauna had great insight on ways to prevent injury and improve form and balance. She gave him an at home routine that was very easy to do at home. Many of the exercises targeted multiple areas, which was great as I knew he wouldn't do too long or too complicated of a routine. His second visit was also great. Shauna reviewed all of his exercises and gave him ways to make them more challenging. She was very prepared with exercises specific to him and his sport. He was given new exercises to work on strength and speed. You could tell that she really researched and tailored his session to him. I loved that it was specific to soccer and very personalized. I was very impressed and he enjoyed it as well. He's looking forward to continuing with Shauna.
