My physio was Tiffany Ngata and I was very pleased with my sessions because they were well explained in terms of.my issue and targets. “Lydia is a fantastic osteo. Super warm and welcoming, she services my whole family, including my daughter since 6 months old. She helped my daughter with some stiffness caused by the birthing process and has helped her find comfort and movement. She used to hate being in her car seat due to this, and Lydia was able to fix the issue within 3 sessions and from then, she is now comfortable in her car seat and was able to finally fall asleep in it!
