“I have gone to Laura to help with both chronic and acute back pain for years now, and she has drastically improved my quality of life. “Vraiment un endroit cool pour les arts martiaux. J'ai eu la chance de faire du Ba Gua et du Xing Yi avec Jean-François et Martin, deux bons humains accessibles et à l'écoute. Ces arts martiaux-là sont fascinants et constituent une bonne pratique pour à peu près n'importe qui. Il y a toutes sortes de monde, c'est inclusif, et il y a une bonne part de pleine conscience aussi dans les routines. Je recommande!”
