“Hard review to write in the sense that part of me wants to keep this hidden gem hidden, but it deserves all the praise it keeps getting. I’ve been going to different gyms for the last 15-20 years and this is by far my favorite. The place is small, but perfectly equipped. It has all the barbells you’d ever want or need (Olympic, hex bar, safety squat bar, etc.), a deadlift platform, sled, weight vest, cardio stations, squat racks. I have seen better equipment there than in any gym 2-3 times its size. And most importantly, the gym culture there is what I’ve always been looking for, positivity from the top down. The owner is one of the nicest guys out there, always ready to help. This positivity trickles down to the gym members. You won’t ever feel “judged” there. If you’re in the area, don’t hesitate and sign up. [2-Year Update] It’s been two years since I first wrote this review and I stand by every word…if not more. This place hasn’t just maintained its quality, it’s somehow gotten even better. The equipment is still top-tier (better than gyms 3x the size), but what really makes this place special is the culture. Supportive, judgment-free, and driven by genuine passion from the top down. The owner still leads with kindness and authenticity, and that continues to set the tone for everyone who walks in. I’ve trained in countless gyms over the last 15+ years, but this is home. Still the best-kept (and most deserving) secret in town. If you’re nearby, stop hesitating and sign up. You’ll thank yourself later.”Read moreShow less

Curtis, the owner, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and you can tell he really cares about the space and the community. The gym was super clean, well-organized, and had a great selection of equipment for all types of workouts.
