“Expérience très négative. Docteur Proulx semble avoir comme seul objectif de booker des rendez-vous deux fois par semaine. Il m’a mis 10 minutes d’électrode pour par la suite les enlever et me dire « nous sommes ouverts de tel jour à tel jour, je vous laisse prendre des rendez-vous ». Je me suis senti comme un numéro. “This is absolutely an excellent clinic! I 100% recommend them.I had the honor of being treated by the late doctor Francis Fontaine for a PRP of the foot about 2 years ago. My foot is fully healed. This week I was treated by doctor Sebastian Labreque for a shoulder injury . He is very professional very precise and explained everything. I'm on my way to recovery and feeling great again. “Dr Fontaine et son équipe sont super gentil. N’est pas là pour “vendre” des traitements. J’y allais pour un PRP et non, une simple infiltration dans une capsulite pour l’instant qui a diminué ma douleur de 8-9/10 à 2/10 en 24h. Oui ma déchirure est tjrs là mais c’était autre chose qui causait ma douleur. Mon orthopédiste parlait de chirurgie à l’épaule…. Merci 🙏”Read moreShow less

“After many years as a customer/patient at this clinic and using their services ( including Dr. Gouxgoux, Physio, Masso, Accupenture etc) I had the worst experience tonight. I never missed an appointment and I always make sure that I am on time ( respecting everyone’s time including the patients and the professionals) . After making an appointment with Dr GouxGoux via the secetary for several weeks in advance, it turns out that they have never registered the appointment and mistakenly confirmed the appointment. I understand mistakes happens, and we are all humans. But to make things worst, they have not tried to resolve the issue on the spot nor did they try to squeeze me in ( you think after spending thousands of dollars, and them making a mistake that there is some loyalty) well you are wrong. I asked to closed my file with Dr. Gouxgoux, and the secetary’s response was ‘would you like to close your masso file as well’ ! I was in shock and just walked out.”Read moreShow less
