“As usual (4 sessions so far; including a short introductory massage on chair), no matter how much tension-stifness-pain/mental, emotional discomfort-distress I have, before session with Paula, I "always" walk out feeling amazing, in my head-heart-body... I feel at peace, calm, present, and experience a more fluid-flowing-comfortable, pain-free movement 🙂🙏❤️... “Excellent first visit! Thresa was so welcoming and the Chair massage given by Craig was just what I needed. The acupressure was deep and he focused on the areas I mentioned needed work.
