“Used to be great but very bad now. Although the website shows a radiology and a dermatologist on site, none are available at this time.”

“I had an excellent experience at Espace Santé in Nuns’ Island. The care my wife received there was professional, efficient, and genuinely reassuring. Nurse "Guillaume" was very attentive and thorough, he quickly performed the necessary tests and made us feel comfortable right away. "Dr. Annee" was equally outstanding: she took the time to carefully assess the situation, clearly explain the diagnosis, and ensure the right treatment was prescribed. What really stood out was their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. After a stressful experience elsewhere, their competence and compassion made all the difference.”Read moreShow less

“I was referred to this clinic through the Guichet d’accès à la première ligne (GAP) since I recently lost my family doctor. I’ve had two appointments, and both times I was taken in by the nurse within about five minutes of arriving. The male nurse who works there is absolutely wonderful. But the peak of the experience to me is Dr. Shen. I had a lot of concerns about starting a medication and Dr. Shen took the time to answer everything clearly, was very reassuring and never made me feel rushed. I’ve now seen him twice and both times he was very kind, attentive, and human in his approach. I genuinely felt listened to. The reason I’m giving four stars is mainly because of the reception experience. The first time I visited, the receptionists were quite rude and seemed impatient with several patients. Also, reaching the clinic by phone can be very difficult. Many times when I called, the line was simply busy with no option to wait on hold or leave a message. That said, the care I received from the nurse and Dr. Shen was excellent.”Read moreShow less

“Waited 31mins on hold and still had 2 people ahead of me aaaaand they hung up on me. Had to call back again and wait another 15mins minutes only to have the call disconnected again. Now it’s not even ringing anymore, it just says busy non-stop. Then you show up at the clinic and the phones aren’t ringing and the receptionists are not rushing. I’ve worked as a receptionist in some of the busiest clinics in Montreal for years and I’ve had to answer calls and register hundreds of patients on a daily basis and there is no excuse for receptionists not answering calls and behaving like this.”Read moreShow less

“Impossible to get the phone line. They don’t answer emails. Though they refer you to the online service to book an appointment, no appointments are available online. So basically the only way to book an appointment with your family doctor is to go there and book it in person.”Read moreShow less

“As far as I am concerned, this clinic has the worst customer service! One can wait on the phone for a very long time without a secretary answering the phone! This is not how a clinic should operate. Instead of so many and long recordings telling you to go online, they should take care of answering the phone. We, the patients, are people and not machines!”Read moreShow less

“This is my first time needing to visit a clinic like this after living here for so many years. After reading the reviews, I completely agree with the 1-star ratings, they are not exaggerated at all. One of the male receptionists is truly unprofessional and lacks basic courtesy. It’s disappointing to see someone like that working in a healthcare environment. The nurses and doctors inside were actually quite decent, which makes it even more frustrating that the front desk sets such a poor tone. Montreal is certainly not short of talent. It’s a shame to see resources wasted on someone so unqualified.”Read moreShow less

“Reception is the worst. I was being hung up on everytime I called just because I spoke in English. Called again in French thinking maybe that would help. NOPE. I was placed on hold for an hour. Every 20 mins someone would pick up the phone id say the same thing I said the first time someone picked up and they place you right back on hold. It’s like they don’t want to deal with the calls they are receiving when that’s part of their job. It’s really disappointing. When I went through GAP to make an appointment though, smooth sailing. I got an appointment through them with ease and when I went into the clinic everything was quick because they DONT HAVE A LONG LINE. So literally these receptionists just sit there. Insane.”Read moreShow less
