“I had been feeling some tighness on my shoulder blade and neck for a month and thought I needed help. As recommended by my good friend, I went and booked a massage with Quenten at the North West location this week, and I am glad I did. He is very knowledgable and professional. I felt very comfortable during the massage. I am happy to share that I feel way better now. The facility is clean and quiet. I like their location and they have a lot of parking spots. I highly recommend Quenten and Cathedral Sports Massage.”

Knows how to apply pressure in the right amounts at the right areas. Very relaxing, and I was able to let go of a lot of stress. Will definitely be having another massage from her in the future!
