“It was incredible experience with Jasmine.The massage therapy was great and very effective and help to relieve stress and pain. The only thing and improvement needed from cathay therapists is to be able to communicate and understand the language easily sometimes need extra attention.”

“I don't usually leave negative reviews on Google, but I felt this experience was worth sharing. My husband and I visited Spa Cathy at Guy ( Downtown Montreal) today, and while the massages themselves were excellent, our overall experience was unfortunately overshadowed at the end. The staff member at checkout was quite rude and made uncomfortable comments about the tip, even though we had left a 15% gratuity. We had actually planned to book additional sessions because we genuinely enjoyed the massages, but after being made to feel uncomfortable over the tip, we've decided not to return. There are many other spas in downtown Montreal that not only offer great treatments but also provide courteous, respectful, and professional customer service. A relaxing spa experience should leave you feeling welcomed from start to finish, and unfortunately, that wasn't the case here”

“I had a massage here yesterday. The place itself is very clean and the communication was great, which I really appreciated. However, the massage itself was not very satisfying. Some areas were treated far too lightly, almost like just touching, while other areas were much too strong. Unfortunately, I woke up today with neck pain and stiffness, almost like a torticollis. Overall, while the environment and customer service were good, the quality and consistency of the massage could definitely be improved.”

“Booked a foot reflexology massage for my first visit. I did not expect such an amazing full body experience. The masseuse held a conversation between her hands and my back , and found all of the areas where I was tense, even areas I didn't know were tense. Honestly it was hands down the best massage I've ever had . I never felt so catered too , it didn't feel like she had a list of motions she had to go through, it felt like she really figured out where I was at and then gave me what I needed And it was half the price of the last place I got a massage . Highly recommend.”

“I booked there because the location was convenient with my schedule. When I arrived, the receptionist was a kid playing on her phone, didn't seem very professional, and was running left and right. Surprisingly, I was sent to a room without talking to the therapist, which is very unusual. If you've ever been for a massage, you know you usually have a brief chat with the therapist beforehand to discuss your wants and needs. When I got into the room, the temperature was crazy hot, and I started sweating immediately. It made me uncomfortable and self-conscious about being all sweaty. The massage therapist then proceeded to spend 30 minutes just poking my back randomly with her elbow over a blanket. This poking did not seem to serve any purpose or address my specific areas of concern. Following this, for the next 30 minutes, she aimlessly rubbed my back with oil, lacking any discernible technique or attention to my problem areas. I had expected a massage to involve specific techniques and to address my back pain, but this experience fell far short of those expectations. It was evident that the therapist lacked the necessary knowledge and skill to provide a satisfactory massage. After paying, the receptionist aggressively questioned why I didn't tip, despite the fact that the massage did not meet the standard deserving of a gratuity. As a result, I have decided that I will never return to this establishment.”
