“I highly recommend Dr McNaught. I switched to him from omega and it was the best decision. He was determined to find a diagnosis before wasting our time and money. He promised me, in Feb 2025, that I would have a baby that year. We welcomed our daughter on Dec 29th 2025. All the staff was kind and well educated, able to help with all our questions and concerns. “I would highly not recommend this clinic. I had a very difficult time scheduling and getting results back. The doctor missed our appointment twice. This is a very sensitive field to be in and to be going through, I would not recommend this facility at all. If you do not have capacity to care for patients, stop accepting patients. I have wasted more than a year dealing with all of this and have not even had my blood results shared with my family doctor. Do not waste your time with this clinic.”Read moreShow less

“They must have got a new receptionist because there was a note that said she is training. So I never met the rude one everyone else is mentioning. Didn't have to wait too long. I did feel rushed though. Dr. McNaught did an ultrasound which is fine but after it was done, the appointment continued with me still on the table so I wish I could have got dressed and not been talked down at the entire time. I also felt like I didn't get to explain myself fully. Whole thing was 10 mins and I drive an hour to get there but I guess I get it, lots of patients to see. He does bring a nurse in with him probably to make women feel more comfortable about seeing a male gyno and I did find my answers so those were positives. Currently waiting to see if the prescription gets sent over. It wasn't ready at the desk. He should have a computer in each room or something. My family physician prints my scripts as we are talking so she doesn't forget. Maybe get a 2nd gynecologist to handle the women's health side of things so he can focus on his fertility clients. Overall it was okay, maybe just an off first impression. Maybe next time will be better.”Read moreShow less

“Clinic is poorly run. They make patients wait over an hour for appointments and think that is an acceptable way to do things. I will definitely be finding another option for my care. They even have signs about how they frequently run behind. Here’s a thought if you frequently have issues maybe you should change the way things are run. “I waited an hour and a half to be seen and ended up having to leave because I couldn't wait any longer due to work. The reception is unfriendly, doesn't acknowledge you when you walk in and even the other staff were indifferent when I said I had to leave to make it to work. The one (presumedly nurse) I told that I couldn't wait any longer said, "I can ask for him to see you next." Girl, was I not already next?! My appointment was scheduled for an hour and a half ago. When I told reception I couldn't wait any longer ans had to leave, she just shrugged and said, "Kay." So unprofessional. So rude. No customer service. Which sucks because I had previously seen such a lovely nurse practitioner the last time I was in... I think she is on mat leave now... “I’ve had an excellent experience with this clinic. The receptionist, whose name is Salva, is truly wonderful—so kind and helpful. The doctor was also very good. The whole clinic is extremely friendly, with a homely atmosphere. Everyone listens carefully and provides great solutions. I honestly don’t understand why there are any bad reviews. “Admin has absolutely no useful communication skills. I was referred to Dr.Mcnaught months ago. While I've heard hes a fantastic doctor, unfortunately I'll never know because his staff is dismally unorganized. I wasn't even aware I had an appointment booked with these people until I received an email asking me to confirm the appointment, 36 hours prior to the appointment time. I tried several times to call and text, and I even had my GP fax them to tell them that a) 36 hours is not nearly enough notice and 2) to CALL me to reschedule. The last straw for me was last week when I called my GP to circle back to the referral and they told me Create had rebooked it for January 29. AGAIN they booked me in without contacting me, without notifying me, or without even knowing if that date worked for me. I'm now seeing Dr.Erin Lovette in January 2027 and although that's a long way away, atleast their staff had enough respect to call me and tell me when the appointment is. For all I know, Create might not even be aware that I'm no longer comfortable attending their clinic and that I won't be there on January 29th. I've given up trying to contact them to make sure they know so they can give my appointment to someone else.”Read moreShow less
