She helped me develop a much better understanding of food choices and taught me how to plan meals in a way that feels sustainable and realistic. “EDITED 07/25/2026 Following my previous negative review, the next day I had two different members of management reach out, offering apologies, acknowledgment, and a way to make things right. I was provided with a complimentary appointment as soon as possible with a different practitioner, Mishal. The appointment went very well. She was very kind, knowledgeable and created my plan while I was in the appointment with her. We went through the plan and she made sure everything was very clear and manageable. Overall, I am really happy with the way that management handled my concerns and very glad to have had the opportunity to work with Mishal! I will be returning for follow-up appointments. Thank you Carespace for righting a negative experience and turning it positive. 07/22/2026 Super disappointed with the service I received here. I had never been to a Physiotherapist before and decided to book with Anna. I was later sent an email stating that she no longer worked with Carespace, and my appointment could be switched to another practitioner named Akasha. The appointment itself went well. Akasha was very easy to talk to, appeared knowledgeable, & it was decided that a treatment plan would be made for me and then I would book a follow-up appointment in a few weeks. This was on July 2. It’s now July 22 and I have yet to receive the treatment plan or any sort of communication from Akasha or the clinic itself. I have emailed and called to follow-up and have still received no clarification or the treatment plan. What started as a positive experience has become very negative from the lack of communication and poor customer service.”

“I would recommend this place to anyone! Seth is super kind, caring, and never fails to make me laugh :) I have been seeing him for about a year for low back pain and tightness, and I have noticed incredible improvements. He always tells me what he's going to do before he does it and is open to any questions I may have. Very highly recommend!!!”

“Very cold welcome: scan a QR code. It was nice to be only in a private room with the physio. Physio seemed more interested in booking more appointments than making sure I do the exercises she suggested. I never received a copy explaining them.”

“Dr Seth has been my chiropractor for over 2 years. Not only do I get chiro treatment, he also does my acupuncture. I have complete trust in his techniques and always leave feeling so much better after our session. He’s also custom sized me for a pillow to improve my sleep and has relived so much of my neck pain. Professional, amazing bed side manners. and funny. He’s really knows his stuff and if you’re looking for treatment, he’s your chiropractor.”

“I am very grateful to have Sonal (Physiotherapist) and Sara (Naturopath) as my therapists for my physiotherapy and acupuncture treatments. They have helped me reduce my pain and feel better most of the time now. I started physiotherapy because I was having severe shoulder and neck pain, and later I also experienced knee pain. With their knowledge, experience, and support, I have improved a lot. I truly appreciate their care and dedication. I would recommend them to anyone dealing with similar pain or problems.”

“Incredible Pain Relief and Exceptional Care! I cannot recommend this clinic enough. I work long hours driving, which left me with unbearable pain in my left leg, running all the way from my upper hip down to my lower leg. My doctor sent me for an ultrasound, prescribed medication, and recommended acupuncture. Even with the medication, the pain just wasn't going away. I picked Care Space on Hespeler Road completely at random through Google, and it was the best decision I could have made. Acupuncture with Harleen: I was absolutely surprised by how incredible Harleen is. In just 3 visits, my excruciating leg pain was 90% gone. Her expertise achieved what medication couldn't do. Chiropractic Care with Mike: After such a positive experience with Harleen, I decided to see their chiropractor, Mike. Just like Harleen, Mike has an amazing personality. From his patient communication to his hands-on adjustments, he was fantastic. I honestly wasn't expecting to feel so relaxed after just my very first appointment with him. The Verdict: I am paying for these treatments entirely out of my own pocket, so it is a bit expensive for me. However, given how quickly and effectively they got me out of pain and back to being comfortable for work, it is worth every single dollar. If you are struggling with severe body pain from driving or work, you must try this location!”
