“After my ACL surgery, I spent about 9 months in physiotherapy that was more passive in nature. It helped in some ways, but I felt like I needed a more hands-on, structured approach to really rebuild my strength and confidence. Making the switch to this clinic and working with Danielle de Laat was one of the best decisions! From the very beginning, I felt like I was in super capable hands. Every session was purposeful, and I was given clear guidance along with exercises focused on strength, balance, and progressing into movements like jumping and pivoting. I finally felt like I was building real confidence in my knee again 👌. She takes the time to explain things in a way that is easy to understand, which made me feel confident and reassured throughout. At one point I slipped on ice and came in with neck pain, and she was able to assess it right away and walk me through exactly what was going on. She also brings such positive and fun energy to each session!! I felt immediately comfortable, supported, and I genuinely looked forward to coming in each time.
