“I found Corena Hughes the Physiotherapist to be loud and bossy. I found her bedside manna atrocious and very unkind. She didn't treat me with any kind of respect. I would classify her as a bully !!! definitely not a kind teacher. In my many years of teaching/coaching I know you cannot teach people by shouting at them, It only makes them nervous.
