Welcome to our online booking site. To prevent the spread of colds and flus we ask that you be well for 24-48 hours prior coming in for a session. If you feel ill the day before your session please go online prior to the 24 hour cut off and cancel your appointment until you feel better. Please contact us at 604-940-1981 if you are outside the 24 hour cut off. There is typically a fee for cancellation after 24 hours up to the full session price.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: You will be required to enter a credit card number when booking online and for all future appointments. You will still continue to pay in office after your session but if you do not show up for your appointment your credit card will be charged the full price of your visit . Reminder that you may cancel online up to 24 hours prior to your visit. Please do so online especially if it is after clinic hours or on the weekend. After that you must contact us directly if you are unable to make your appointment. Partial charges may apply with more advance notice, full charges apply for all no show appointments as we have a very full wait list.
RED LIGHT THERAPY SESSIONS are now being offered. If you would like to give it a try you may tag it on after your regular Osteopathy session or come in just for the red light therapy. Please book it as an additional service in the online booking to allow for the extra time involved. If you are interested in more information please give us a call or ask us about red light therapy on your next visit.
About the clinic
Price Increase: As of December 1, 2025 there will be a small increase in our pricing to reflect the rise of inflation and we are also changing over to include GST in our fees. We hope this change to include GST will make it a little easier for those of you who like to pay cash. “I had an amazing treatment, I felt much better after I saw Cherise . She fixed my neck after I couldn't move it for days. She also fixed my daughter, she's in gymnastics and hurt her back. “Do not give that woman your credit card number in the time of booking your first visit ! I made that mistake. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment, I was told thru the window to wait outside. I waited about 15 min, thinking that there is a client inside. When the door finally opened there was no client inside and the woman was folding her laundry not ready for my appointment at all. Her energy and the way she greeted me made me very uncomfortable . I have decided that I don't want any service to be performed on my body by her. I said I can pay cancellation fee , I assume it will be $20.00 or so. She charged my credit card the full amount and put in the description " no show" . I emailed her asking for a refund but she refused. The bottom line is - she was not very professional and made me uncomfortable so I had every right to refuse a treatment. It was not a "no show"- I was there. She did not perform any service. I am still waiting for a refund.”Read moreShow less
