“I started seeing Kirstie during my pregnancy to help prepare for the changes that come with it and to feel more ready for labour. From our first session, she made me feel comfortable and well supported and throughout our sessions together I felt more empowered and prepared for labour. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about all things pelvic floor and pregnancy, and she explains everything in a way that’s simple, clear, and easy to understand. In our final session, she went over labour positions and pain management techniques with both my partner and I, which really helped us feel more prepared and confident and to tackle labour as a team. “Kirstie is an amazing pelvic floor physiotherapist; I was feeling a bit anxious about my first pregnancy but after learning more about how to strengthen my pelvic floor and exercise to prepare for labour, I felt a lot more confident and was able to go through the delivery and start postpartum recovery more prepared than I would have been otherwise. “Kirstie is great! I began seeing her as I was planning to conceive, and throughout my pregnancy.
