“I am sending this information of Bellefleur Physiotherapy in Orleans. The staff at the front desks were very helpful and very kind. Shayna, Jo, Diana and Emilie. Yves Leduc is a Wonderful Physiotherapist and he has been helping me get rid of having terrible pain. I am almost 75 years old and I thank you all in the Bellefleur Physiotherapy for all you have been so kind to me. You all made me so happy and now I feel so well. “I had an overall positive experience while actually doing physio but two things did bother me. One, my therapist mentioned that their child was very sick and had a fever the night before yet still came to work for my morning appointment during peak flu season in Ottawa (and I have a young infant that was too young to vaccinate yet). Two, I was told what the issue was and given a treatment plan for 6 weeks. Yet my actual issue couldn’t have been further from it, I found out later. So I feel as though I wasted my money and shouldn’t have been told that’s definitely what it was when it certainly wasn’t. “I have been coming to Bellefleur Physiotherapy for the last two years, and I have never regretted it. In the past, I have visited other physiotherapists, and although they did some work, I never really felt a difference. “I am currently under the care of physiotherapist Leo Culhane at the Bellefleur Physiotherapy office on Beechwood Ave. This is my second round of therapy and I unequivocally recommend this establishment. I am a 75 year old male dealing with a lack of strength and movement in my left arm and hand. Significant gripping issues as well. After undergoing physician and hospital mandated tests, without a specific diagnosis, I sought out the clinic and Leo. I am currently undergoing therapy every week or ten days. The care and concern is without equal. I am hopeful for a successful resolution of my issues as my first visit turned out. From the moment I enter the clinic to the end of my session, the staff is extremely helpful. Starting with Danielle at the front desk who makes you feel welcome and willing to help when needed, to Leo's experience, care and knowledge, I could not ask for better care. The clinic surroundings also play a part in the ambiance of each visit. “We have had a fantastic experience from the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and calming. The staff is incredibly professional and attentive, taking the time to understand our specific needs and goals. I came in for my Daughter’s rehab protocol following knee surgery and after just a few sessions, I noticed a significant improvement in her mobility and comfort. The physiotherapist we see is Yves, at the Orleans location. He is knowledgeable and used a combination of techniques tailored to her condition. The facilities are top-notch, clean, and equipped with everything needed for effective treatment. They also took the time to explain each exercise and technique they were using, which made her feel more involved in her recovery. I also really appreciated the personal care and attention we received—it's clear that they genuinely care about their patients' well-being. “I've been going to Bellefleur Physiotherapy for over a year now for treatment following a major hip reconstructive surgery. I can't speak highly enough about the care I received. Christopher approached my unique case with compassion, understanding, and determination. I was constantly amazed by his level of knowledge. He found creative ways to motivate me, like using a scoreboard of achievements to appeal to my competitiveness. My recovery was extremely challenging, but I never once doubted I'd make it to the finish line with Chris and the Bellefleur team in my corner.
