“I was extremely fortunate to meet Dr. Schiefer. She is by far the best chiropractor I’ve ever had. Dr Schiefer was incredibly informative and took the time to help me understand what was causing my issues and how to get them under control. “I can’t recommend Makenna at Beaches Health Group enough. I’ve been dealing with a pretty serious knee injury for the past couple of years, and thanks to her, I’m finally feeling like myself again. From day one, she was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in my recovery. She took the time to understand my situation, explained everything clearly, and built a plan that actually worked. The progress I’ve made is something I honestly didn’t think was possible. “I've came into the clinic with debilitating arthritis in my hands, and wasn't sure which therapy route to go. Adrian has been able to provide me with immediate relief through a combination of therapy and acupuncture, but he also asked a lot of questions to determine my exercise goals, my tolerance for pain management and then took great effort to guide me through all the available medical options and when to seek help.
