“C’est vraiment dommage. J’adore tous vos produits… mais le service à la clientèle est malheureusement affreux. J’ai fait 3 commandes du site, chaque fois j’ai eu la mauvaise commande. Ensuite, tout un processus problématique pour avoir ce que j’ai commandé. Une de mes commandes a pris presque deux mois avant de l’avoir reçu. Comme j’ai dit, c’est vraiment dommage. “While we like their products, we can only buy online. Both orders we placed were missing items! The first time they shorted a LOT of- laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, etc. but at least customer service was prompt and refunded missing items. The second time we were shorted shampoo bar. “Ordered during the holidays (on sale and free shipping). I only received a partial order. I messaged them multiple times. When they replied they refunded me for those items, gave me a code for free shipping, and told me to just reorder. Terrible customer service. To reorder exactly the same thing would cost me $40 more.
