“Went to Hardeep to help fix something pinched in my neck that was causing numbness in my right hand. I was able to get an appointment very quickly and Hardeep resolved my issue in a matter of a few sessions. He also gave me some exercises to prevent my issue from reoccurring. “Went in to book a float for my sciatic pain. While there Zack took me to his office to try and provide some relief in the interm. “I'm not usually one to write public reviews, but when I comes to Azu Health my positive review is long overdue. I have benefited from Hardeep's physio services several times over the years for various complaints. Likewise I have appreciated bringing my mother in and seeing the gains she has made through Hardeep's treatment. Initially in freeing up her "frozen shoulder" after a she healed a broken arm and later using dry needling techniques to cure her debilitating chronic headaches. The effect on my mum was so remarkable that I now do Myo activation with Hardeep for my chronic pain issues. After 20+ years of chronic pain I am getting my range of motion back and I am able to participate again in activities I used to enjoy. I'll have to write a seperate review for how much I am benefitting from Azu's float therapy because I'm running out of space. My 2 cents? If you're struggling with your mobility, chronic pain or injury, do yourself a favor and get into Azu for an initial assessment. You won't regret it.”Read moreShow less

“I had a complicated shoulder break. When it was time for physiotherapy I went to Azu Health and am so extremely happy that I did. I began my journey with a virtually useless arm and ended it with a range of movement that I had believed would be impossible to achieve. Hardeep is an amazing physiotherapist. “I have always felt comfortable, listened to, and all around way better after sessions with Hardeep. He's incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in a variety of treatment modalities, and the pain relief from even single sessions has been noticable. He's always expanding his practice and I'm so thankful to have this clinic in Mackenzie as it really is very high quality. Can't wait for the float tank, and I so appreciate his knowledge in physio, massage, acupuncture, needling and cupping! I have had one nutritional consult with Anna and am looking forward to learning more from her. I learned so many practical things in my first session that I can act upon, and the judgement free space was so relieving as food can trigger lots of nervousness and guilt. “For years and years I have had knee problems, couldn't even bend my knees or get on the floor even with a pad, and If I did, I couldn't get back up. The first time I went to see Dr. Hardeep, he suggested I tried, shockwave. He did my left knee first and the first time, my whole leg feel not just my knee felt 100% better, and I was able to get on that knee. The right knee was after my second treatment.
